Already both the countries have suffered heavy casualties,causing heavy losses in terms of human life and infra structure.But at the end the local population of Nargono karabakh is the ultimate sufferer.They have lost everything,their home,there dear ones,their earnings and many more that can not be counted.
With this agreement both sides came to a position of standstill,the parts both the countries have control will remain under their control now.This means Ajarbaijan will get control over the15-20 percentage of area they recovered after dissolution of USSR.Armenia had no choice other than this to accept this pain of losing this part of territory because they have suffered heavy losses and to stop further losses they accepted this.But for Azerbaijan, it's a win.They recovered a part of lost territory.
Armenian population is very much disappointed with this agreement.They are protesting against this decision.People are leaving their homes,they have to leave this land with tears in their eyes, because they don't want them to be administered by Azerbaijan.With future in darkness,and with no hopes, a large number of people now burning their own houses before leaving as they don't want to give all these to Azerbaijanises.
