By noting the PLA activities indian army took a important decision to move it's forces .Indian army was well prepared from 25 August and had a close watch on PLA.Once the intelligence report came that PLA is trying to capture the heights,indian army moved it's forces to capture the height before the Chinese PLA.
Indian army with SFF(Special Frontier forces) undertook the operation and captured the heights before PLA in 100 minutes only.Its was a response of Indian army to PLA's provocative actions in the disputed areas.
Now indian army dominates the whole South region of Pangong Tso lake, various posts of PLA are now in direct firing range of Indian army.The area captured by PLA in finger 4 area is also visible now and their activities can be monitored.Its now very much difficult for PLA to give a tough fight to indian army.
Chinese side claims that India has broken the agreements between the two sides,while indian claim is it was chinese side who broke the agreements.
But one thing is clear that indian side definitely has an edge over chinese side,and indian side has a definite option to bargain with china for maintaining the previous position of two armies before April 2020.
